There are times when you speak with a person and you know that what they have said will be of benefit to everyone around you.

Well, I recently had one of those conversations and I want to share it with you.

As many of you already know, I have been working on the BookPals project for some time now and as part of that project we have created a podcast called the BookPals Business Sanity podcast where we talk with people who can help make your business life just that little bit easier.

A couple of days ago I released a podcast episode and I know that there are many, if not all of you out there, that will benefit by listening to the information my guest provided.

My guest was Rocky Biasi of HumanConnections.com.au and our discussion centred around "hitting the wall" when you run your own business.

As a business owner, how many times have you really "hit the wall" while running your business?

I'm not talking about simply having a "bad day" here - I'm talking about when you have started to question whether running your own business is really worth all the stress and anxiety associated with it.

Guess what - nearly every business owner out there has felt like this at some time in their life and "hitting the wall" is a natural part of the dynamic of running your own business.

What's really important at this time of your business life is that you have strategies that you can implement to get you "over this wall" so that you can get back to driving your business forward and this is why I interviewed Rocky - because this is his area of expertise.

Our podcast discussion goes into why you "hit the wall', the feelings you are likely to have a result of this happening and provides you with hints and tips to help you "get over the wall" and as far as I am concerned, this episode stands out as one of the best podcast episodes yet to help business owners with running their business.

During our discussion Rocky also provides a resource you can use to help you through this aspect of your business life, so have a listen to this episode of BookPals Business Sanity and I hope it helps make running your business just that little bit easier.
