Just reading a fantastic article on Ezine @rticles about the importance of having a call to action in correspondence you send to customers, or potential customers.

The article gives 7 tips that will help guide readers to a point where they willingly take up your call to action.

It amazes me how much time business owners spend in online "discussions" on social media sites, yet rarely, if ever, use these discussions as a way in which to inform readers of their products and services.

Have a read of the article and see if you can implement the 7 tips into discussions you have with existing and potential business clients - who knows, you may even get more business by doing so - and wouldn't that be sad?!!! LOL
